I listen to everything but country music (except I do like Hank senior and Jimmy Rodgers). I love reggae, ska, 80's punk, 40's french jazz (Django Rheinhardt, etc.), Rock-a-billy (Hell-billy), classical (Mozart, Paganini) Pantera-type music when working out. Most everything. I'm kinda awesome that way...

Movin and shakin, tennis, grilling out and cooking and generally hanging out with friends. I like to eat good and stay fit. No red meat. It'll kill you...even though I love steak! I do cheat periodically. Also, I am equally comfortable watching Monday Night football or the Food Network.

Iron Chef America - if you are competitive...you'll become addicted to it, Survivor (I know...I know) and any real estate fix-up shows. Flipping Out is hilarious...I'm not gay...not that there is anything wrong with that...I'm just saying!
Heroes:
Not to sound like a cheeseball...but my Mom is my hero. She worked her a** off to support me and my sister growing up. If I get to know you better, I'll explain more.
