Excuses and Why

I use excuses to justify why I don't complete tools, go to the gym, get assinments done on time. Then I ask why do I keep doing this. I have been doing it for 30 years on this planet. I have got to get out of this cycle and I think tools is helping but then I fall back into habits.

you are aware

You are aware and honest with yourself and have identified what you  CHOOSE to change for the better.Forgive yourself right away, create a moment before succombing to the excuse, really use the reverse tool for both potentialities.

Choice one - Doing my homework assignment right away (recommend thinking of happy or previously successful assignments completed first, to put you in a happy state of learning)

You would probably feel less stress and great about having it completed

Choice two- You put it off and most likely will feel bad for doing so and mabye have an ackwards crunch in time to get it done perhaps reducing the quality of work that you are capable of

These are just examples of what may be close to some of the feelings involved.

So continue with your journey enjoy each moment of laughter and accept each moment when there seems to be nothing to laugh about... and try to laugh anyway.

Power to YOU

                         namaste

YOU are worth it and accepting that you are powerful, more powerful than you want to acknowledge will come.

You can do it, keep going! You can do it, keep going!
