The Litle Things

 

I have completed 2 weeks of tools and I even though I'm still a work in progress and I am trying to take in all the tools, I have already gained so much from all the little things that Tools teaches you.

 

I catch myself listening to my inner voice more, I'm drinking alot more water and I drank alot before tools.  I am seing opprotunties where before I saw obstacles.  Breathing in through the noise and out through the mouth is a great technique to calm down when stressed out.  I could go on and on, but the fun part about completing my 2 weeks is the litle changes I have made that I know are making each and every one of my days better and making me believe that I am truly in charge of what my life is.  It's certainly a great feeling.
