Affirmation on Day 17

 

On Day 17, Sleeping

At the end of the checklist, the daily affirmation reads "I like to do things that make me feel good" and below it is numbered 1, 2 & 3.  Am I meant to list things I like to do that make me feel good, or just 3 random affirmations I make up?

I believe it is for you to rewrite the affirmation given, ie:"I like to do things that make me feel good", 3 times yourself. In writing the affirmation down you reaffirm it all over again!
