Hi I am Gwyn,

Glad to meet you.

I am a business owner and mentor.  I love working from home and consider myself "psychologically unemployable".

It is not that I have not work in traditional jobs and been very successful, because I have. I am a former Director of  Information Systems and Services for major oil and gas firm and in the field of sports television. Nice high-powered job with lots of high stress attached.

My goal in my life now is to focus on being the best I can be so that I can be the best wife to my fire-fighter husband (26-year veteran) and the best mother to my young people ages 25, 25, 23 and 19.

I adore my parents and think they are the greatest and I have huge respect for their sacrifices that have benefited me in the past and still do today.

Scrapbooking is my passion. I love documenting family history, accomplishments and everyday life. I have a craft room that is amazing. My own private little piece of heaven including soothing sky blue walls.

My secret fantasy is to earn my PHD in theoretical physics. I have loved tinkering around with the concepts that are becoming popular now in movies like THE SECRET and What the Bleep Do We Know? For years I have felt strange about searching for answers outside of "the norm" but I have grown enough now that I am OK with it.

Most say that I have the gift of hospitality and helps. I love helping people and making them feel at home.

I am also very curious about other people. I want to know where you grew up, how you like your brothers and sisters, what's your favorite color and all of the weird and wacky things that make you --- you.

I was wondering if you all would welcome my MOM to Tools.  Her username is "gashingtons". She is a wonderful, kind and loving woman who has just retired from her career as a special education teacher.

 

Right now she is feeling a little overwhelmed by the internet and the computer and life.

I joined TOOLS because:
 A friend of mine sent me the link and recommended the program. She reported success in the same areas that I am seeking much needed help. Already, I have learned a lot.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 I am working from home in my pajamas and fluffy sleepers, earning the kind of money that allows me to make the dreams of those I love come true, and helping others to succeed in reaching their goals.
My favorite wild animal is:
 Cheetah.
Why (describe as much as possible):
 Because the Cheetah is graceful and beautiful. It can focus on a target with laser-like precision.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Cats.

 I will start with dessert and it will be chocolate cheesecake with pecans and caramel. Then, if I have the desire for "real food", shrimp scampi, garlic salmon, and spinach.

 I love desserts. Chocolate desserts are my favorite. Italian food is second only to desserts.
