Self Recognition

I was at my son's game the other night, sitting as far away from the other parents as possible, I realized that I didn't need to be alone.

A week ago, I would have gone out of my away to avoid contact with other people, This week, while I did sit alone, I didn't feel I needed to.

Next step- Learn how to enjoy small talk and safe subjects.

Hey, I used to do little small talk but now if I see something I am truly interested in or like about another person I say so, and I learn stuff along the way.  Hope that helps.

You are going great guns!  Being content with ourselves is the mosrt important thing in the world. Angie
