Don't stress over the checklist. It is really long. Just do as many of the items as you can. You will feel better about yourself after doing so many good things.
Also later in the program the list splits into three more managable lists.

Hi there. I can understand totally that the checklist looks daunting at first - and 41 things to do appears a lot.
HOWEVER, once you get used to the checklist, it becomes second nature and you won't even notice that you are doing them anyway.
Also, I feel it is very important to feel happy for everything that you have done and do in the course! You have made it to day 17, and it will only get easier. PLUS, look at the support you have from other members, and if you ever have any system issues, don't hesitate in emailing me, and I will be happy to help.
