Tools Day 17

 

I have to admit at this point that this checklist is starting to stress me out.  It's not that anything on it is terribly hard...it is that after 17 days there are already 41 items on it.  I'm starting to feel a lot of anxiety and overwhelm surrounding this program, and I don't want to feel those things.  It took me 3 days to get through DAY 15 because of system glitches.  I'm usually a very positive thinker and can pick myself up quite easily.  What I want is for this to be uplifting and fun.  I'm struggling for that with a checklist that is getting to be so long every day. I imagine it wouldn't seem so stressful if I didn't have overwhelm all day long...but I'm sure I'm no different than thousands of other people with that one.

Hi,

 

Don't stress over the checklist. It is really long. Just do as many of the items as you can. You will feel better about yourself after doing so many good things.

 

Also later in the program the list splits into three more managable lists.

Checklist

Hi there.  I can understand totally that the checklist looks daunting at first - and 41 things to do appears a lot.

 

HOWEVER, once you get used to the checklist, it becomes second nature and you won't even notice that you are doing them anyway.

 

Also, I feel it is very important to feel happy for everything that you have done and do in the course! You have made it to day 17, and it will only get easier.  PLUS, look at the support you have from other members, and if you ever have any system issues, don't hesitate in emailing me, and I will be happy to help.
