First Week Milestone-Letting Anxiety Go

Okay, I've made it through my first week of Tools!
I love the "Get Out of Bed" Routine. I'm pretty much a morning person. I've never had a problem jumping out of bed in the mornings...but I've replaced the panic of "If I don't get up right now, I won't have time for coffee!" routine with "I'm having a great day!" It seems funny but I'm realizing that I have the same amount of time whether I'm feeling anxiety during that time or not. Who knew?
I spent one day this week feeling like I should be farther along than I am and kind of in self-beat-up over it. Then I realized that it's just a feeling I get when I take on something new that is so personal. I think in the past I've used that feeling as a reason to quit. Not anymore! Now that's a milestone all on it's own.
