Waking up in the morning

So, I set the cloct at 5:15 am... and I did wake up!  Not only that--I also went to the gym!  I repeated this for many days.  What's more interesting, even though I only slept for 4-6 hours per day, I felt MUCH BETTER than when I slept 8-12 hours per day!  I simply believe that waking up in the morning is the MOST IMPORTANT step to take control of one's life.  What's the point of setting all the goals when you can't wake up on time?
