Mondays are always a drag! I had to force myself to get up and go running at 7 because I knew if I didn't go, I would find more excuses throughout the day to go eat that, don't do this, ect. I have learned that if I don't start my day right, as in positive attitude and exercise, my entire day goes back to old habits. Now, I am happy that I went running, even if it was a puny one mile, I'm just glad I did something. Feels better than sleeping in with regrets.
