Figured I should update. I'm a little concerned that I might be cruising through the program a little, and not diving quite as deep as I should. That being said...
I've started running. I never enjoyed it, but I simply decided to change my attitude. I still can't say I get excited to go run every day, but it is a nice way to take some stress off a long day. Along with my attempts at eating right (I'm far from a dietitian, but I'm trying), I've lost about 11 pounds so far.
On top of that, I've been approaching life with a positive attitude, and I know people are noticing it. My co-workers have been giving me grief for being that happy guy in the morning.
Final note: I'm realizing more how much support from other people can help you make a better life. I'm trying to get a good friend to join TOOLS, I think it would be good for both of us. Even hearing Ellis on the radio every day helps keep me going. So thanks everyone, and let's keep doing this!
