How to monitor your goals!

 So. This is a cool idea I had to monitor my daily goals and moods. I bought I calender and some star stickers. Each color star represents something. Red= practiced guitar, silver=worked out, yellow=studied, blue=good day, green=bad day. On each day on your caleder, place a sticker for each thing you have done for the day. Your stickers can mean WHATEVER you need them to mean. This way- you can SEE how commited you are to your goals as the days pass. Before you know it- you will want to fill everyday with stars. It also lets you know if you are slipping by how many days it has been since you have done your activity! When you are doing great at something- its definetley nice to see all of the effort you are putting in towards your goal. It makes you want to keep at it! Good LUCK!!
