Thoughts

This program is truly amazing, although I woke up smiling and visualizing how I want my life to be, I still had some underlying issues lurking just below sea level in my gut, and no matter how I tried not to let these issues show, I still continued to think about them and I began to feel depressed despite of myself.

Then something amazing happened, I logged onto TOOLS and today's lesson is called fagetta bout it, it tells you to flush things that sadden, upset, depress down the toilet. I mean literally write something down that is bothering or effecting you and then tear it up and flush it down the toilet.

What a great experience, I am amazed how confronting the issue by writing it down and then releasing it by flushing helps to sooth the soul.

I am not saying that I have gotten rid of all my issues with one flush, but I can say that as I heal and forgive myself of recent and past issues, as well as forgive others for pain caused by whatever circumstances or events, I have the ability and the power to move past it and create a wonderful life for myself, a life that I know I deserve and am worthy of.

I believe that therefore I will achieve that.

So, happy flushing to all

P
