Day 7 – Today is a Rest Day for me. I don’t do any training but I still continue to eat as I have. It’s now officially the last day of my first week. This gives my muscles and body a chance to recover. Tomorrow will measurement day so I’m anxious to see how many pounds I’ve lost. Depending upon my metabolism, I’m shooting for 2.5 to 3 pounds per week. I have to finish up my assessment chart and then go back and plug my own numbers into it. I may just weight until tomorrow to plug those numbers in, as I don’t have my measurements yet. Calipers are more accurate and I haven’t the extra cash to buy it just yet. These are cherished instruments of a trainer as it gives an accurate body fat count of a client. I still have to figure out how to add content to the blog so I will play around with it a little more. I may have to make a web page and just add the blog to it. That way I can have everything right where I need it to be. I think I will look into that today. This is truly a rest day. I normally would have a paper to write but I don’t have to do that this time so I am certainly going to enjoy that! Not much else to report other than I am tired. I don’t even remember going to sleep. Anyhoo, stay tuned for Day 8 and Week 2.
