AAAGGGH! I had just had a really long and epiphany filled blog all written out and then accidently erased it! Maybe later I'll type it back out, but for now just the main point!
I finally weighed myself and I'm down to 192.6! I was at 205 at the beginning of June, but I'm pretty sure that I've lost the majority of that in the last 3 weeks, because I was in a lazy fast food mode for most of June.
I had a great workout this morning at the track. 3.5 miles (1 of which I jogged) YAY! Did the Biggest Loser workout, and all my ab stuff!
Sleep was a little better last night. Managed to get 5 hours (actually during nighttime hours! Can you imagine??). Its a step in the right direction anyways.
Had great visit with a friend this morning. She's in her 50's, used to weigh over 350lbs and now is down to 150! She has really struggled with her weight since her husband left her a few years. I was talking to her about how out of control my weight had gotten. She looked at me and said "yeah you are getting a little chunky" Haha. From anyone else, I would've taken offense, but from her I know that it is just out of concern for me and my health. Anyhoo, we chatted for a while about my goals (diet and exercise) and it was just a really nice start to my day.
Planning on going over there later to have dinner (grilled chicken and salad) and probably a couple glasses of wine. Oh hell I deserve it! As long as I don't drink the whole bottle, going to workout at 7 am tomorrow. Don't wanna do that with a hangover!
