Running

I went running today, for the second day in a row. It's been a long time since I've ran, and I've never really ran alone. It's something everyone needs to do, instead of talking to you're friend you think about how you're running and how you're feeling while you're running. You recognise your muscles pumping, and you can feel it before you hit "the wall". It's like a more active meditation.

It felt great, let's hope I can keep it going.
