Man, all this reading about sleeping is making me tired. Thankfully, this is one area of TOOLS that I think I’m already pretty good at. Certainly there’s always room for improvement and it never hurts to try a new approach. I’ve never understood why people consistently choose to not get enough sleep. Sure, sometimes life happens, but for me anyway, being tired all day is one of the worst feelings in the world.
It never ceases to amaze me when I see how well energy drinks sell. I mean, isn’t that proof enough that we’re all trying too hard to not be tired, when really all it takes is making the commitment to get an extra hour or two of sleep?
