6-7 weeks

they say that it takes what?  21 or 28 days to develope a habit?  Well....I usually get through the 21-28 days....its when weeks 6 or 7 come up that I begin to slack and loose motivation or whatever it is.

the past 2 weeks have been a struggle to get on and stay intersted and really do my exercises and checklist.

it seems to be like this with about everythign I do.

I have started p90x 3 times now and I have never gotten past week 8....and the 2 weeks befofre that I really slack off....like maybe I work out once or twice.

I dont know what it is that I am able to seem to form the habit (because I go past the 21-28 days) but I always have this wall up at the same place....

most of the time I try to start things over- take a break and start over.  this time Im not...Im going to try to keep going and try to get that motivation back. and not let it bring me down.
