I am a family man, and a business man.  My wife  and I have been married for 42 years. We have two grown children.  Our Daughter is married and is the Vice President of excavation in a rather large trucking company.  Our son is also married and they have given us our first grandchild.  He is a financial consultant in a national financial firm.  We are "snow-birds, meaning we spend our summer months in Michigan and as the seasons change and the winter sets in, we travel to our winter home in Florida.  It really is the best of both worlds.

My favorite pass-time is flying radio controlled model airplanes.  I get a lot of satisfaction from both building and flying these aircraft. I am also an instructor and get a lot of satisfaction from teaching new flyers and watching them progress in their skills.

I am currently  unemployed because of the down turn in the economy, so I am building an internet business.  Having run my own business for 35+ years, I have a pretty good idea of how the business part goes, but I am working hard to learn the internet marketing part of this business.

I joined TOOLS because:
 I joined Tools because I have great things in my future that I want to be ready for when they present themselves. I have graduated from TOOLS once already and enjoyed it so much and got so much out of it that I want to go through it again to grow even more. I am a different person today than I was when I came here the first time and I want to experience TOOLS from this point of view.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 My dream job would be to mentor a team of like minded people toward a common objective. I pretty much always lead by example. I want to build a team so that we can all learn from each other and grow and prosper together.
My favorite wild animal is:
 The Lion ...
Why (describe as much as possible):
 The Lion is the KING of the jungle. He has no natural enemy so he is not hunted by other species. He still has competition from his piers, and must always be on guard of his territory and his "pride" (a group of lions is called a pride)
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Yes my favorite animal is the dog. There has always been a dog in our family. My dad always had a hunting dog, and when I began life on my own I got a dog. My wife and I raised our family with a dog in the house and both of our children have a dog.
Why:
 Dogs are great company, they are loyal, they are fun to play with, they are fun to teach new skills to, they are great conversation starters. No they don't talk, but my wife and I have many conversations about our walks with the dog and the people we met while walking the dog, and even just sitting around the house we laugh and joke about the funny things the dog is doing.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 I enjoy a good seafood pasta dish.
Why:
 I like seafood and I don't make it at home very often so it is a treat to order it when we go out for dinner. It might be a scampi shrimp over a bed of linguini, or shrimp and scallops in light butter and wine sauce served over angel-hair pasta. It might even be a seafood marinara sauce over stuffed shells. MMMMMM good stuff!

 My Grandpa Doyle, Janet, Jim Rohn, My wife Kathy, Uncle DC.
Why:
 I have always tried to emulate my Grandfather. He died when I was in my teens, but I always looked at him as the perfect business success story. My Uncle DC was my hero as I was growing up. My wife Kathy, because without her I would not be the man that I am today. Janet is where I would like to be in my internet business.
If a pilot would fly you anywhere you want, you would go to:
 I would like to get "Down Under" someday. Australia and New Zealand.
My perfect slice of pizza is:
 Thick crust with lots of cheese, mushrooms and ham, maybe even pineapple if it is available.

 If I am with a bunch of my friends and we are just hanging out I order a Michelob Lite. If I am with my wife and maybe another couple with dinner ion the agenda I order a Cabernet Sauvignon.
You are at a coffee shop. What coffee or tea do you order:
 I drink my coffee black

 I would wish for continued good health, To live my life out with Kathy ... my wife of 43 years, I wish for financial freedom.
You are going on a long road trip and you can only bring three CD's. Which ones do you bring (separate by commas):
 Crosby Stills Nash and Young's "Four Way Street", John Denver's greatest hits, The sound-track from Phantom of the Opera, The sound track from Le Miserable, Journey's, "Wheel in the Sky", Hits from the 60's.
If I could do anything for my neighborhood today, it would be:
  We live in a condominium on a canal in South West Florida. I am on the board of directors, and I am chairman of the dock committee. If I could do one thing for this condo association it would be to get the dock system updated and re-configured to accommodate more boats.
A sunset I remember:
 This past summer we were in the northern part of Michigan at a friends cottage for a few days of R&R. We poured ourselves a glass of wine and walked on the dock to watch the sunset. As the sun went lower and lower into the horizon, the sky lit up with color. The reds and yellows and shades of grey were just spectacular. I had my cell phone in my pocket and casually took a couple of pictures thinking "this is a pretty sky". These pictures turned out to be incredible! The wine was good the conversation with friends was lots of fun and the photographs are priceless.
Any character I could be from a movie, TV show or book would be:
 Bond, James Bond.
Why:
 In all of the James Bond movies he always gets the girl. He is quick witted, and funny. He suave and charming at parties and handles awkward encounters with ease. He is intelligent and always finds a way to get himself out of tight situations.
