As I am currently at home and nothing pressuring is waiting for me, I skip breakfast most of the time and start with fruit. I love Pomelos (see the picture), which are big green fruit with a fat skin which can be peeled and then you can get to the fruit inside.
So I eat grapefruit or pomelos in the morning. Hm. Maybe I'll make an omelett tomorrow. Love them, too.
Normally I eat a healthy breakfast (cornflakes and such) before leaving the house, because I am too hungry to go without a meal. ;)
Any suggestions to my omelette? *g*
