How the heck do working people get time to read?!

So, here I am on day three of my working life and I simply am working too much, I guess. *lol*

Because: I don't see any time for reading! And that really bugs me. I love reading and I can't get any book finished except for comic books which I read while brushing my teeth or eating breakfast (if I eat breakfast, since my stomach seems to be shrinking by the minute *lol*).

Today I got a decent meal as we went to eat at a restaurant from my working place so I got something warm and delicious. At the moment I seem to be grasping for every minute that I can squeeze into the day.

Is there any way one gets everything done and at the same time enough time to read and prepare meals? I know that I don't plan well enough, I guess, so I don't have time to cook anything. But I try to listen to my stomach to know what I need and don't want to eat.

I am open for suggestions. *lol*

And happy working for all the working people! ;)
