Actions of others

Today I read here "Don't let actions of others control your behavior!".

I love that sentence. Because our feelings are always a matter of choice. You can instantly switch your negative thoughts to positive ones.
You are in control! Never another person.
They can rant and be angry, but unless you let yourself be caught in all the hassle you stand aloft and smile.
It only gets difficult when the persons involved are people you love. But even then think about the following thought: Is it really helpful for the other person when you get angry as well and cannot see through the red fog before your eyes? Is it really helpful for your beloved when you shout back and our two energies merge and create an even bigger emotional heap of garbage?
Take a step backwards and look at it with love: You love this person and because you love her/him it won't be an act of love to be caught in this net. There are always, always solutions to everything but they can only be seen by a mind that is clearly focused on the solution, not the problem.
Think positive!
