Just lost 25% of my closet.
Lost 18 pounds with no hunger, realized something about a thing called "responsibility" and that I could actually just be definitive and eat no more sugar, for the rest of my life, and virtually no flour.
Oh, and I used to love diet cherry Coke - now I don't drink any soft drinks, as they leach away my bones and produce acid in the body.
Cut my backlog of things down incredibly.
Piles are being eliminated and replaced with organization.
And one of the biggest losses, that is actually one of the biggest gains is not watching TV (except my spouse's favorite soap on DVR in 40 minutes) anymore than one hour a day [I lost low grade depressing effects of sitting vegged out like a blob, imagining I was "being" with my spouse, eating to keep myself amused, repeating the same plot over and over with minor variations, and going to bed late...].
I actually "lost" my old pattern of doing whatever came up and/or distracting myself with side "stuff" that was not on my path to the goals that Coach set up the process for.
I "lost" some old negative talk...
And I am getting a bundle of formerly procrastination type of things handled - I realized a little discomfort was not a bad price to pay for getting stuff off my mind and beginning to have absolute confidence in my self - maybe that is the greatest, most essential thing of all, for if there is no self-respect, how happy can one really, really be?
And I am enjoying the journey, not missing some of the old "concerns" at all...
I stand amazed at how this all begins to fit together and then how it all begins to compound and compound, even though it seemed to be so simple and easy. It still "easy" but it sure is productive!!!!
My hat is off to you Coach! And I am most grateful for the gift you have given me and my friends.
