Feeling Groovy

Yesterday I got offered a job that I believe will give me the opportunity to do heart-work again. I feel very centered and serene about it rather than giddy or high, which is a new thing for me.  I have asked for time to make a decision, also a new concept for me, because I have at least one other offer brewing and I want to do some more research on whether my instincts are correct.

While my inner voice is happy with the outcome of the interview, another voice is saying, "Take it easy.  Check it out.  Be wise.  Go  in with eyes wide open."  So I'm listening and taking heed.  I am not desperate.  I have options, which is a comfort in a difficult economy.

Over the past year I had a tremendously difficult time in the job I still hold today.  I have come to a new place of gratitude for the lessons learned.  I learned who I am not.  I learned my boundaries and limits, especially when it comes to money, bureaucracy, and politics. I learned what I do not like to do.  More important,  I remembered what I do like to do and I met some amazing people in my city and from around the country along the way.  What a journey it's been!

Many many congrats

I know you work struggles reading from you prev blogs. I am so excited you have some option.

In the end of the day a job should pay resonably well and should give you a job satisfaction.

I always choose whom I would be working with over anything. In the end of the day its the people in our life who actually make our lives a rich tapestry.

I am sending you all my positive energy for you.. to aid you decision....I always follow my heart...no matter how much gray matter I have in my head...its no help....caution though ...one need to set one's heart on their core values...then you will be a flame that burns so bright :)
