Finished Week 1

 

Today I finished day 7 of Tools and I feel great. I've been sick the past week and didn't have access to a computer, but I'm back on track. I'll admit I felt depressed while I was sick and didn't follow the checklist like I should have, but it was just another bump in the road. I feel great!
