I dont get the exercise at all I dont understand what I am supposed to write in each thing cos it seems like the same question over and over:S

says: I think that is the point. We write these things over and over, to try and counteract the bad things that we have been telling ourselves over and over, that led us to this point in our lives. If we start telling ourselves good things over and over, then we can talk ourselves up and hopefully go into the world with more confidence. At least that's my take on the exercise sections. hope this helps, and have a great day!
