SLOWLY, SLOWLY..... EASY!
Good decision, Kitty. Getting back in full gear doesn't mean do it in haste at once. Better take things in stride, slow and easy. One thing, sleep is one important thing when you recuperate. Have enough rest and sleep and get back the lost energy. Be in control, you own it. Have a great day, too!
