It's ALL about ME!!!!!

Hello everyone,

Thanks for stopping by and reading my blog.  I know it has been a few days since my rough patch but I have recovered faster than I ever have before.  Here is the cool part when I hit the rough patch, I saw it and acknowledged it.  That is new for me.  I tried to stay the course keep the pace and I recovered quickly. 

Doing tools has helped my realize that it is all about me!!!!!!!  My thoughts, my perception, my feelings, my decisions.  I am understanding and accepting that I am powerful.  I can make changes.  I can have the things that I have dream about.

I also have come to realize that people like me.  There are people in the world who are genuinely nice, supportative, caring (without strings attached).  That is new for me too.

I am loving the time I spend in Tools.  Thanks coach for the wonderful information and support.
