Rough Patch - Excuse

I hit a rough patch on Friday and totally caved.  I didn't log on this weekend and I felt bad about it today.  During the week it is pretty easy to do TOOLs and anything I would like to do.  It is a little harder when my husband is around.  So I spend all the time that he is at work having my own life.  I see and talk to friends, surf the net, talk on the phone.  When he is around it is  hard to participate in these activites because he doesn't.  So we sit around and watch each other.  Anyway, I just learned today that this is an excuse.  I never made the connection.  My doctor said I was making excuses but I didn't want to believe her.  Now coach is telling me that I am making excuses and I see it as clear as day.  I am taking this as progress.  I recognize the excuses.

So I am determined to stop making excuses.

step to succes

good job regognizing the excuses is the first step to succes i say.

and also a weekend not login in to tools isn't a disaster but don't let your husband control your life you live your own life aswell so if hes around and you feel like loggin on tools go do it.

i think when your married it is all about doing things together ofcourse thats really important but also learn to do things seperated.

well thats my opnion anyway.

see yah around on TTL

greetings sebastiaan

hang in there

I understand what you mean about sitting around watching each other.  I do the same thing.  I feel like I live two lives.

hang in there - we are glad to see you on tools and you have friends to support you.

peace
