Dealing with Self

Hey guys,

Thanks for dropping in to check on me and read my blog.  Cheers to all of those who have sent boots and e-mails full of kind words and care.  I have logged on, read and did my exercises but I haven't felt the urge to blog.  Or should I say...I haven't made the decision to blog.  Wow, I caught myself making an excuse. (Tools are working) that is an exciting realization.  I see my behavior changing.  Maybe not a fast as I would like but it is changing. 

I am no longer clouded, foggy and disconnected.  I think about things, I am taking the steps to say what I feel. Instead of saying "I don't know" or "nevermind".  I  know, now, I have always known. I am taking risks and dealing with the realities of my choices.  I look for the opportunities.

I have come to accept that my expectations are high, that I am hard on myself and don't care for myself as much as I should.  So, with the help of Coach Steele and tools I will change those things too.

I am learning so much, not just about myself but also about the world around me.  I like it.
