Health Goals

Made it through week seven of my Health Goals!

 I stepped on the scale this morning and it said I weighed 156 pounds! WOW! But more importantly I have more energy and my clothes are getting rather baggy. If this keeps up I'm going to have to go clothes shopping... oh the horror! I have found that my self image is improving as well and people »

Health Goals

 I have made it through week 6 of my Health Goals plan. I think I am doing pretty good. I have lost about 8 pounds so far which is pretty good I think. It's funny though... I will go for a couple of weeks or more without the scale budging an inch and then suddenly it will drop down a pound or two »
