Day 90 of Tools

I actually made it through the whole 90 days of Tools. YAY ME! So many times I will start off doing something and hit that "speed bump" and get bounced right off track. Then one day I suddenly realize that I have absolutely stopped doing whatever it was that I was so gung ho about when I started it! But the whole Tool Box thing and having "lessons" to do every day kept me motivated and interested.

I have made many changes in my life during these 90 days. I now do a grateful list every morning and read the grateful list out loud at night. I have lost 11 pounds out of the 12 that I said I wanted to lose in my health goals. I have change many of my eating habits and I am now eating more fruits and veggies among other things. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and the doctor was pleased with my blood sugar and all of the weight I had lost. I have a more positive attitude about everything and I am really beginning to make changes in my life. I wanted a new direction for my life after I lost my husband March 30th of last year and Tools has helped me to get a feel for what direction I need to go. I need to do a lot more work and I will continue to work with all of the Tools in my Tool Box to keep me on track and make all of the changes I want and need to make.
