"There is no failure except in no longer trying." Don't beat yourself up. Stick with it and you can do it.
No Doubt
The smokes are hard to put down. You will do it, think about the damage to your body, the money wasted these things really helped me kick it in the butt. Please keep at it, you are worth it. All the best to ya remember it is a process and its ok to use quiting aids.
kicking the beast
I understand about quiting, it really is a tough habit to kick. I read a book called the easy way to quit by Allen Carr. Don't know if it is brain washing or just a good look at things you already know but it worked for me. I still read a chapter every now and again when i feel the little monster creeping up.
