Hey Lazarus - I have read your post and was touched by it. Actions is one of the best cure to the position you are in. You may feel the darkness of the days especially when you are thinking of terminating your life (I once was in that situation) but once you gain the energy and confidence to come back up, you gain so much strength because when in the future your problems with yesterday, nothing will seem as bad. I have graduated with this program and I have seen a lot of good change. Be persistant and keep doing it untill the 8th or 9th days and you will see and feel a little better everyday. I can be here to assist you in the process. take care...JF

I have been treading water for as many years as I can remember. It seems that with each step forward I come to find I am still walking on glass, so back in the water I go. I am here to make the "change". I am not sure exactly what went wrong or where the fork in the road was but I have certainly seen more forks than the dishwasher at Denny's. I look forward to seeing where this one leads. I have always had some problem with sitting in a ''classroom" to adress these problems so I am very grateful that this medium exsists. Here I Go!!!

 Well that first paragraph was almost written two years ago and I am still on my 90 day program, holy crap I love the twists and turn, but I am back today and we'll see where it leads. So much has changed and still so much is the same.....
