Attitude/Denial/Resolution
Do you have a mentor that is working at the same place you are, that can help you learn to put the situation into perspective? Move past it or resolve it.
Have you written down what it is that you do want, environment, get specific. Use it as a way to be specific about how you want your future to look in say a couple years.
Another question: Is "what is" where you are, "what is" everywhere? Could you be somewhere different and be happier? Or could you create what you want where you are at? "Act as if"?
