Day 13 (Facing Fears)

I actually didn't list my usual "fear of public speaking" fear as this is something I do anyway despite my fear.  This time I listed some things that  I never really acknowledged or named like my fear of being inconvenienced.

And my fear of the unknown.  Now that's been big one in on my life and why I feel oh so much better the older I get and I can see patterns and make better decisions now that I have more knowledge of myself and the world.  I still get this sinking sensation tho when faced with a new thing I know nothing about.

Congrats on facing your fears

I like how you are facing your fears by acknowledging them.

Those are some interesting fears that you have given power to.  That is a pretty high expectation you have related to fear of the unknown.  If you think back on your childhood, did you know everything then?  Part of the fun of growing is the learning.

You're not alone You're not alone

Part of the exhilaraation is overcoming fears

At the time fears seem all encompassing.  Then you finally face them and one day whilst maybe not comfortable with them, you realise that you can be strong when required.

Have a great day! Angie
