Day One

 Today is the first day I begin to make changes and better choices for myself. I would like to meet positive people to correspond with for support and friendship.

First...YOUR HERE!  That is a big step!  Check out my blog and you'll see why I've been here this long and on day 5.

 

Remember, you cant change what has been done in the past, focus on right here, right now and make good changes each and every day!

 

As you go through Tools don't skip things that you don't think pertain to your situation or are "silly".  Everything here is for a reason, believe in it and look at how it applies to your situation.  As an example, in an exercise today I had to answer 3 quetsions...I only had one answer to fill in, so I'm thinking about the quetsions for the rest of the day and will fill them in as they come to me.

 

Stay positive, believe in yourself, and come here frequently...believe in the program!
