hang in there !
im on day 19 may go to day20 i feel like i am headed for a rest and time to absorb all ive learned. i would say try maybe a 5 min walk and see how you feel,
Glad to see you back.
Sorry to hear about your pain. I know how debilitating it can be. I agree with the idea of starting small, baby steps. If you can walk for five minutes, do, then see how you feel. If you can log on to Tools for 5 minutes a day, it's better to be consistent than to overdo and burn yourself out. I've missed your presence here. Take it easy. Sending you support and healing,
Kayla
Walking
Might help. Go slowly and see how it goes. Make sure you are looking up, ahead of you, not down at your feet.
Hope you feel better. I personally highly recommend Robaxicet.
Walking is good
I've always found that, when I walk regularly, I feel much better not just physically but psychologically as well.
I'm glad to hear that you're starting to feel a bit better.
Keep on
me too on this...chiropractor says people with pain tend to stop walking but to keep on being physically active is much better. Otherwise the painful area gets less blood circulation, and due to less movement it becomes more stiff and swollen. Also as people say above, you feel less happy and well when you don't get your walk. But...careful about anything that increases the pain...don't do that.
Yes I agree the new features and look are great; and the member activity wonderful.
