Ahhhhhhh!!! Not using Tools Now a days

Hi All,

First of all Sorry to community and myself too that I have joined this tool with enthusiasm but now just checking mails and blogs.

The reason or may be we can say excuses :( about that is I am sick from long time and have stomach pain. I havent gone to my job from 1 month and due to that my office work piled up a lot. I am project leader of software firm and  the project on which i am working is complex and it needs me. no other person can do it easily Cry. Also, I have some back and neck pain.  So could not sit so long on computers as I am doing my work constantly.

But the good news is that the pain is decresing and Feeling bit better and hoping that it will go soon from myside.

I have recently seen that after a makeover of Tools2life, the interaction of the people increases a lot and more and more people are coming to the tools. Thats good news as we are growing as community.

Neway, thanks to all for the support and I will be surely back to the tools in a 1 or 2 week.

Just curious about the question....when we have back and neck pain, is it okay to do walking for 30 minutes?

Also, I came across one good site of MUSIC. worth look : http://www.imeem.com/ for online music playlist.

KEEP SMILING ALL

MANISH

sounds like you need a massage.

BLaughingOSmileOKissSWinkTTongue out

hang in there !

im on day 19 may go to day20 i feel like i am headed for a rest and time to absorb all ive learned. i would say try maybe a 5 min walk and see how you feel,

Glad to see you back.

Sorry to hear about your pain.  I know how debilitating it can be.  I agree with the idea of starting small, baby steps.  If you can walk for five minutes, do, then see how you feel.  If you can log on to Tools for 5 minutes a day, it's better to be consistent than to overdo and burn yourself out.  I've missed your presence here.  Take it easy.  Sending you support and healing,

Kayla

Walking

Might help.  Go slowly and see how it goes.  Make sure you are looking up, ahead of you, not down at your feet.

Hope you feel better.  I personally highly recommend Robaxicet.

Walking is good

I've always found that, when I walk regularly, I feel much better not just physically but  psychologically as well.

I'm glad to hear that you're starting to feel a bit better. Smile

Keep on

me too on this...chiropractor says people with pain tend to stop walking but to keep on being physically active is much better. Otherwise the painful area gets less blood circulation, and due to less movement it becomes more stiff and swollen. Also as people say above, you feel less happy and well when you don't get your walk. But...careful about anything that increases the pain...don't do that.

Yes I agree the new features and look are great; and the member activity wonderful.
