Minimize Anger and Frustration

Now a days, I have problem in controlling Anger and Frustration. I will become angry on small things in life. for example, my wife does something that i personally dont like, I try to explain something to somebody but other person not getting it, I told someone to do the things 4-5 times and still he/she is not doing it, blah blah.

Also, there are some technical problems which I worked on is very complex. And I could not able to do it in this Anger Mood. So Frustration rises. I took half day today from my work as I could not concentrate on the work and could not go ahead.

I want to learn how do i make my life such that I do not affect from anybody's behavior :(. Please help me in that. I am posting same thing in question also.

Please tell me some step by step guide.

says: Remember to laugh to yourself sometimes. Smile inwardly and to the reflection in the mirror. This acts as a mechanism of taking a step back from the situation and gaining perspective. So, take a step back somehow, find a way that works for you. Peace!

says: I find myself getting frustrated and angry sometimes, but with me I tend to get upset about something and let it build up and I do not say anything (which just gets me more frustrated). I don't know if this could be part of your problem but I am trying to deal with issues when they happen so I don't end up so angry. It's still a work in progress but I hope this may help you.

Puja, I have shown to many doctor but could not find one good doctor. Currently in India, now everybody is behind money and that is bad actually. I could not be diagnosed well due to this issue. And that is why stopped alopathy. Started homeopathy now. Feeling bit good and improving.  Thanks Poo for suggestions. Will try to find some good one who see health rather than money.

Thanks Poo.

I will try to be patient but as I am thinking that due to my pain I am doing this more often ( be angry and frustrate ).

I am doing meditation regularly pooja from last week. Hope it will help to do it. Also I have major pain in my stomach sometime and it could be diagnosed.

Still let me try your patient tool.

Thanks Dear,

Your best

Manish :)

I agree! I agree!

Hi Manish i don't have a step by step guide.  But somethig I had to develop was more patience. Not tolerence but patience. I first had to be more patient with myself then with others. It gave me time to act as oppose to react.

So if someone upset me...I take timeout and then respond.

Also TTL gives you some TOOLS which are excellent. You will come across them soon.

when anger strikes patience gives you the time to act as oppose to react.

Hope that helps.

We all feel angry and frustrated and if you find anyother helpful tips please pass it on.

My best

PJ :)
