what do I eat now??

 With the weight loss challenge we we're told to throw out all dairy and whey proteins and juices.  I'm used to having an oj and protein powder after a workout or yougurt and protein pow after a hockey game, so if these food are gone what should I replace them with? Just anything off the new food list??  thanks

Try egg protein. Its an awesome protein, and you can get it in powder form as well as egg whites by the gallon, makes it pretty easy. Meat, chicken, and fish are your other sources and you might be able to find powdered versions of those too. I've seen beef and chicken powders but it was a few years ago.
