I finished the first week

 

I have made it through to Day 7 in the Tools to Life Program, and it has been really great.  There are some positive things I've done apart from the program that are really because of Tools to Life, nonetheless.

 

As a result things are looking better inside and outside the house.  And I'm at least THINKING about liking myself better and treating myself better.

 

It still seems like such small progress, but I'll take it on the way to bigger change down the road.

 

Thanks for this program!

 

Congratulations to all who are in any stage of this program, as I think it will make a big difference, ultimately, in our lives'.
