I am following the eating programme and I am comfortable with staying within the protein and carbohydrates guidelines.  I am not sure of the fruit and vegetables though.  Can I eat as much or as little of the fruits and vegetables on the list with every meal?

Please help!  I am feeling hungry all the time Cry

 I grew up in Africa. Believe me, there is nothing like sitting around a camp fire at night and hearing a lion roar nearby. The lioness is the hunter and, seeing that I'm female, I can relate to the power and agility (both mental and physical) posessed by these beautiful animals.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 A maltese poodle.

 They are small and portable, very intelligent, fluffy and stay cute, even when fully grown.
