Another Success!

It has been a very long journey going through tools and I am proud to say I have completed it! I feel great about seeing it through all the way to the end regardless of the number of breaks I took. Breaks to stop and enjoy life, breaks to avoid facing my life and breaks to go home and visit my family. Nevertheless, I have gained so much insight that will stay with me. The tools that had the greatest impact on me were looking in the mirror and saying hello to my inner voice, waking up and saying the day is mine and reading the Train your brain section. I liked the idea that I had the choice of setting the tone of the day and then saying what’s up to my inner voice. Once it became a habit I remembered to take my wants and needs seriously and trust myself more.

It’s funny because I feel that I’ve gone full circle from where I began tools. Meaning many things look the same on the outside as they did over a year ago but a great deal has changed within me. Tools gave me the structure I was seeking then and it has remained a part of my daily life. I feel wonderful, strong and confident as I make good choices for myself and see amazing results daily with my body, my work and the joy in my life.

Thank you Devlyn for sharing this program and being such an inspiration. The new site looks fantastic! Congrats!
