 Bottle Nose Dolphin
Why (describe as much as possible):
 I love dolphins because they are known to be gentle and caring creatures. Most of them get along well with humans and they are also considered beautiful mammals which adds on to their appeal.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Cats
Why:
 Cat's have great personalities, just like dogs but they're not as needy or as hyper or as noisy as dogs. They "self maintain", no need to bathe or entertain - maybe on occasion. They're affectionate enough yet have their independance...like me :)

 Japanese blue tail lobster served with Jasmin wild rice topped with black truffle shavings.
