Stopped smoking altogether!

 

After trying to cut back to one cigarette a day, I realized that was a ridiculous goal and decided to quit smoking altogether. I have not smoked in about 24 hours. I am reading books about longevity and have also stopped eating animal products. I have been walking for 30 minutes a day for the past few days. 

 

No more smoking! I will stay healthy for another 70 years at the least!

My son recently quit smoking too! I am very happy for you both.  I now listen to  him talk to me on the phone without all the coughing and whezzing he did. You have chosen HEALTH and I admire you for that.  Don't let anything control you like that again and keep up the great work you are doing to make yourself a   better human being.
