I am in day 14 and logging into tools has become my morning ritual. My biggest achievement is being mindful of my thoughts and how they govern my behavior. I am finally putting into action what I know. Perfect example happened to my yesterday. I just started my new part-time job and everyone was great, but for a new co-worker. She was rather rude and aloof. Up until meeting her, my day was great. When she said something rude to me, I immediately had the need to say something rude back to her. I have decided instead to kill her with kindness and just let it rub off my back. I do not know what is going on in her life so why let it affect me. I have a chance to change my behavior.
