Day 8 - Week Overview

I am doing both Coach Steele and Coach Santos's programs. I want to shout "Thank-you, I am having a great week."

I lost 2 lbs. I cleared out the medicine cabinet, threw out the junk and identified the purpose behind my cravings. When I started tools, I was steadily gaining a pound a day. I could not figure out what I was doing wrong. As my weight was increasing, I still kept doing the exercises and sticking to the program. Friday came and I finally saw my weight go down. I finally stopped waking up and eating at night. I am now eating 5 small, healthy meals a day. I am feeling satisfied and happy that I am not on some crazy diet or taking a product that my cause damage to my body. This area will take lots of work, but I am seeing how the little steps are working.

I got a job interview on Day 3. Even though I didn't get the job, it just means that there is another opportunity to get another interview that will lead to me getting hired.

I am looking forward to this week. I am really feeling empowered and know that I will accomplish all my goals.
