Day 14 - 8.8lbs Weightloss

This week has really amazed me. I lost 8.8lbs this week. I completed Dr. Santos's program and have been making better choices for my body. I also stopped waiting for a special event to try to lose weight. Too many times, I have rushed to lose weight for that special night out with the girls or that dress I saw in the window.

To keep me motivated, I kept thinking about the exercise on "falling in love". You know that feeling that you will do anything to be near that person, place or thing. One day, I was preparing my lunch and the food processor stopped working. There was a point I thought that I should just forget making the lunch. Why not chose to eat something else? I keep thinking on how much I not only wanted the lunch, but wanted to get closer to my weightloss goal. I went out and purchased another food pocessor, completed my lunch prepration, parked a little further, did not stop to purchase "junk" and I avoided making an excuse not to get closer to my goal. At the end of the day, I had "No complaints."
