I'm currently a service manager for a natural gas repair company (been there for 8 years).   I have a wife and three kids (10 yr old twin boys and a 12 yr old daughter).  We recently build a new house on a acreage.  That was the biggest challenge of my life as we encountered extreme difficulty with contractors and basically had to finish the house on our own with little or no knowledge.  I enjoy all types of sports including Snowmobiling, water skiing, hockey, badminton, and volleyball.   I also enjoy classic cars.  Currently trying to figure out how to leave a legacy for my kids.  Really just trying to ensure that my family is well provided for and have to tools to succeed in life (Eg learn to make money or how to make informed decisions with minimal mistakes).   I also should figure out what I'd like to be when I grow up.

I was born in rural Saskatchewan and lived there for 26 years.   Had a great time playing hockey, snowmobiling, and attending school (especially high school). This is where I met my wife.   After high school I became a apprentice auto mechanic eventally becoming a journeyman in 1994.  The whole time my wife and I would spend time together on the weekends doing the things we loved.   Once we were both done school we bought a house together and got married in 1996.   A year later we started to have a familty.  I also purchased my Dad's auto repair shop in 1994 and ran it till the year 2000.   Things got tough as farming was in the toilet and my wife had two degrees but could not get a job.  We made a decsion to shut the shop down and move the entire familly to Alberta. I honestly thought I'd die there and had no plans to leave.  It was very tough leaving my family and friends after living in the same spot for so long.   I got a job as a field tech in the natural gas industry and my wife got a job teaching at a daycare which we would eventually purchase and run for 3 1/2 years.  We eventually made the decision to sell the daycare as we had too much on our plate for two years previous with building the house.  Both of these projects were damaging to our families well being.  I'm sure the kids will be scarred for life.   The wife needed time to be a mom for our children so she took a part time job working 3 days a week.
