How Does One Feel Less Guilty?

When they have to hurt someone to get what is best for themselves?

i.e breaking up with your boyfriend who is completely devoted to you because your needs have changed and you are no longer happy?

says: Change is the only constant in this world; it often hurts and may not always appear to be for the best...Think of a sand castle..Whoever built the sand castle changed the landscape...it may or may not have been for the best...but there was effort...and then the tide came in...washed it all away...changed the landscape again...someone might be sad the castle disappeared...others might be thankful the landscape has regained its natural beauty...change is just that...change...roll with it like the tide and you'll always find the natural beauty in yourself.

says: Finding one's happiness in life means trying. Somethings work and others don't. Belief in yourself, forgiveness to you and others, and learning from everything, help.
